Non-Allotment Guarantee: If you are not allotted a plot in the draw, you will receive a 100% refund of your registration amount within 15 days of draw result publication — no deductions, no conditions.
1. Refund for Non-Allotted Applicants
- Applicants not selected in the draw (whether not in allotment list or waiting list) will receive a full 100% refund of the registration amount paid.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of draw result publication date.
- Refund will be made via bank transfer/NEFT/RTGS to the same bank account from which payment was received (based on UTR reference). If the source account cannot be identified, refund will be to the account details provided at application time. The applicant must ensure bank details on record are accurate.
- No processing fee, service charge, or deduction of any kind will be applied for non-allotment refunds.
2. Refund for Waitlisted Applicants
- Waitlisted applicants whose waiting rank does not eventually lead to allotment will also receive a full 100% refund within 15 days of confirmation that no plot is available for their rank.
- If a waitlisted applicant is subsequently offered a plot (due to a cancellation by an allottee), they will be notified and given an opportunity to accept or decline. If declined, the full refund is processed immediately.
3. Voluntary Cancellation by Allotted Applicant
- If an allotted applicant voluntarily cancels their allotment after draw result publication, a cancellation processing charge of ₹[X] (to be specified per project) will be deducted from the registration amount refunded.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@haridwarhousing.in within the time period specified in the allotment letter.
- Late cancellations (after the deadline in the allotment letter) may be subject to higher cancellation charges as per the agreed payment schedule / allotment terms.
4. Rejected Payment Applications
- If your payment screenshot is rejected, you will be notified by email with the reason. You may re-upload a valid screenshot within the application window.
- If you are unable to provide a valid payment proof before the draw, your application will be excluded from the draw with a full refund of any verified partial payment on record, if applicable.
5. Refund Mode
- All refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS). We do not refund in cash, cheque, or UPI (unless NEFT/RTGS is not possible).
- The Company is not responsible for delays caused by banking intermediaries, incorrect bank details provided by the applicant, or force majeure events.
6. Dispute Resolution
- In case of any dispute regarding refunds or allotment, the matter shall first be raised in writing to our support team at info@haridwarhousing.in.
- Unresolved disputes relating to the RERA-registered project may be referred to the RERA Adjudicating Officer as per the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.
7. How to Track Your Refund
Once a refund is initiated, you will receive an email with the NEFT/RTGS transaction reference number. You can verify the credit with your bank using this reference. If you do not receive the refund within the stated timeline, contact us at info@haridwarhousing.in with your application number.
