1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this portal and submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this platform.
2. Nature of the Platform & Developer
Gravit Infra Construction LLP ("the Company," "we," "us") is a private real estate developer — not a government body, scheme, or authority. All projects listed are developed by the Company as private commercial real estate ventures. RERA registration numbers and HRDA approval numbers are genuine and verifiable; they confirm regulatory compliance, not government affiliation.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of India to register and apply. By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and true. Submission of false information will result in disqualification without refund.
4. Application Process
- Submission of an application does not guarantee plot allotment.
- Only one application per user per project is permitted.
- Once a payment screenshot is uploaded, application personal details are locked and cannot be edited.
- Registration amounts are non-transferable to another project or person.
5. Draw Process & Fairness
Plot allotment is conducted via a random computerised draw using a cryptographically secure Fisher-Yates shuffle algorithm (PHP random_int()). The draw is conducted by an authorised administrator, with full audit trail (timestamp, admin identity, uploaded files). The process is designed to ensure equal chance for every verified applicant.
The draw is one-way and irreversible once published. No post-publication changes, additions, or deletions to allotment lists are permitted at the system level.
6. Payment
Registration amounts are collected via UPI / bank transfer only. A payment screenshot must be uploaded as proof. The Company verifies each screenshot manually. Verified payment is a prerequisite for inclusion in the draw. The Company reserves the right to reject fraudulent or unclear payment proofs.
7. Pricing & Availability
All prices, plot sizes, and unit availability are subject to change without prior notice until an application is formally submitted and payment verified. No investment return is guaranteed. Real estate values may fluctuate.
8. Refunds
Refer to the separate Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. In brief: non-allotted applicants receive a 100% refund within 15 days of draw publication.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this portal, including technical outages, data errors, or third-party service failures. Our liability in any case is limited to the registration amount paid by the applicant.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this portal — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of Gravit Infra Construction LLP or its licensors. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically applicable in the state of Uttarakhand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India.
13. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
